- Food items must be non-potentially hazardous and must not require refrigeration (meaning no cheesecakes, pumpkin pies, and some pastries)
- Items must be sold directly to the consumer (meaning directly to you and not through a store or coffee shop)
- Foods must be packaged and have an affixed label.
